Starlight CPA Website Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the www.starlightcpa.ca website (the “Service”) operated by Starlight CPA (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and to the collection and use of your information as set forth in the Starlight CPA Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service.

You may use our Service only if you can form a binding contract with Starlight CPA, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your Starlight CPA account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information.

3. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the Content you contribute.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Starlight CPA and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Canada and foreign countries.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

We will strive to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we (and those that we work with to provide the services) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the terms, the service, or anything related to the service or under these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
